Master Grower

  • Manages a large-scale commercial facility of several plants 

  • Supervises all tasks in the grow including cloning, transplanting, feeding/overall plant maintenance, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management. 

  • Have extensive horticultural knowledge 

  • Responsible for propagating strains via seed propagation and cloning as well as caring for new clones

  • Helps manage production levels by cloning appropriate amounts of desired strains 

  • Strives to maintain a 90%+ clone survival rate

  • Possess team leadership abilities 

  • Maintain legal compliance in inventory tracking from seed to sale and monthly reporting as required.

  • Well researched in new techniques and insight to expand knowledge in nutrient of individual strains, high yield recipes, controlled stress environments to different lighting systems and set ups

  • Stay up-to-date on new grow methods and techniques 

  • Assist state and local government auditors and law enforcement with inventory, sales and compliance audits

  • Recruit, hire and supervise grow assistants as necessary 

  • Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail.

  • Maintain environmental conditions to ensure sanitary and healthy grow space

  • Extensive knowledge on pest, mold and mildew prevention along with proper storage of curing and finished product in containers

Gardener

  • Performs all tasks in the grow including: cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management. 

  • Has a passion for horticulture and continues to research new grow methods 

  • Must have extensive cannabis strain knowledge 

  • Assist in managing all plant movement and placement

  • Report labor needs to management and advise crews to complete tasks effectively

  • Knowledge of proper prepping, cleaning and sterilizing rooms

  • Understand how to prevent molds, mildews, insects, plant diseases and fungi as well as plant treatment options 

  • Knowledge of plant cultivation including nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, temperature control, air flow, etc. 

  • Adhering to established feeding and watering schedule

Note: During the new hire process, potential growers are brought in for a 6-hour shift to complete their working interview. After this, the candidate will be notified of future steps.
