Sales

  • Responsible for all sales of the finished product related to the cultivation 

  • Communicate with the rest of the cultivation team what needs to be changed or continued. 

  • Actively participate in all aspects of of cultivation initially to ensure they are proficient in product knowledge

  • Extensive knowledge of METRC and Adilas 

  • Ability to work closely with all departments

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of our brand, products, and competitors

  • Develop strong relationships with retail buyers, management and sales staff

  • Work with retailers to secure high visibility placement for products and displays

  • Coordinate with retail staff to develop and execute promotions, sales contests, etc.

  • Quality check to ensure all products are correct and ready for proper delivery to client

  • Understand "Selling 101" 

  • Coordinate and execute promotional events

  • Gather insight on Veritas' opportunities and build a strong understanding of retailers in your territory

  • Knowledge of the Veritas brand and culture

  • Responsible for maintaining brand image through interactions with clients and public 

  • Collect contact information and feedback from clients and direct communications with management. 

  • Handle client complaints and understand problem resolution

Sales Manager

  • Has extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry and the laws and regulations that follow

  • Must have the ability to acknowledge any client complaints that may arise and handle dissatisfied customers in a professional manner. 

  • Develop strong relationships with retail buyers, management and sales staff 

  • Maintain and grow your existing database, as well as, but not limited to the dispensaries and sectors you are being assigned by management. 

  • Stay up to date on all procedures and protocol for client outreach, as well as weekly events. 

  • Understand what our competition is doing, who, what, when, and why companies are buying other brands.

  • Gather client data such as contact information and understand the levels of operations in the desired store (i.e. who is in charge of purchasing product?). 

  • Work with retailers to secure high visibility placement for products and displays

  • Deliver with authenticity, charismatic and persuasive communication of our brand message to retailers, consumers, and influencers

  • Ability to work closely with all departments

  • Gather insight on Veritas' opportunities and build a strong understanding of retailers in your territory

  • Quality check to ensure all products are correct and ready for proper delivery to client

  • Be eager and excited about the Veritas brand
