What does Veritas mean?

Veritas is the latin word for "truth" which perfectly embodies our brand. We ensure each and every plant is individually cared for by hand. All flower is hand-watered, hand-harvested, hand-trimmed and hand-packaged ensuring what you see on the label is what you get.

There are over 150+ strains in the Veritas genetic library. Some of which have been sourced from top quality breeders and brands that are aligned with our priorities of quality and consistency. We believe in community collaboration and pride ourselves in providing the largest variety of premium cannabis available to the end consumer.

What is Rad Source?

Rad Source is a superior photonic decontamination technology solution used in the remediation of mold, powdery mildew, Aspergillus, BTGN, yeast, salmonella, E.coli and other challenging microbes without destroying or chemically modifying cannabis flower. This same technology is also approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to prevent the growth of dangerous microbes in food. No chemicals also mean that the cannabinoids, terpenes, moisture and visual quality of the product remains intact.

2023 Veritas MED Recall Statement

The MED has advised Carrick Harvest that a product selected for testing which went through trim and mitigation in advance of the rest of the batch, is not compliant or representative of the batch due to the sample not being treated at the same time as the rest of the batch. Carrick has changed this process in accordance with MED guidance beginning on July 26, 2022. All Carrick Harvest products now go through our entire postproduction process prior to a test batch leaving the facility. Carrick-Harvest LLC is initiating a voluntary recall on batches of Veritas Fine Cannabis flower produced under the previous SOP, which was in place from January 2, 2020, until July 27, 2022. Eligible products subject to the recall include batches ranging from A16H3 - A20H291 (From license number 403R-00596), A17H4 - AM20H291 (From license number 403-01381) and 8H275 - 11H488 (From license number 403R-00063). All product produced since July 27, 2022 has been processed in a manor that treats the test sample at the same time as the rest of the batch. What is Node Labs?

Node Labs is focused on cutting edge plant tissue culture techniques, providing genetic restoration solutions to obtain the cleanest, unique cultivars out there. Veritas is working with the Node Labs team to build a facility able to house a stock program that continually produces clean plantlets to better serve production. With their unique techniques, we are able to maintain "Grandmother Stock" which enables us to keep those cleaned up genetics in culture indefinitely.
